Anytime I go out of town I always look for a thrift store nearby. I've found some of my best pieces while traveling. I don't know if it's just luck from the high of traveling, or just being in a new town with so many new possibilities. I found this plaid jacket in a small town thrift store in Iowa. At first when I started thrifting I never looked in the coat/blazer section and now I stop there first. Coats and blazers are so damn expensive in a retail store, you're best bet is to look at the thrift store first. I always wanted to invested in a few winter coats but could never justify spending a couple hundred dollars on a few. Thrifting guys, it's pretty awesome. I now have so many coats I don't even have room for them (or I make room for them).
But really, can you have too much plaid?
I don't think so.
