The warmth that has overcome Omaha makes me excited for the summer. It seemed to sneak up on the Midwest this year, kind of like every other year. I always have the thought "I should move to a warmer city" at least four times in the winter, but Omaha will always have my heart. With more warmth comes more sun, and I'm not complaining one bit, but that just means the sunscreen now travels with me everywhere.
When Neutrogena gifted me their new Hydro Boost Water Gel Lotion Sunscreen I knew it was a good match. My fair skin has been through the ringer when it comes to sunburn, sun damage, and yes, aging. I'm sure if you've talked to me about anything that has to do with outdoor activities or even just sitting on the patio at a restaurant on a sunny day, I've preached to you about the need to wear sunscreen. I used to think about sunscreen as an extra step, but implementing it into my daily routine has made it so much easier for me to get that protection without the hassle. The Hydro Boost sunscreen is great for everyday use; it's not oily, it goes on easy, and it doesn't have an overpowering sunscreen smell. I always think about what I plan on wearing and what my plans are for the day and apply it when and where I need it.
Thank you to Neutrogena for sponsoring this post and cheers to good skincare and the beauty of summer.
