Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking.

May 25, 2015
I would have to say that “investing” in these ultra comfortable distressed denims was a good call on my end. I say investing because that’s the word that pops in my head when I purchase something for my closet that will transition throughout the years. And something I’ve realized is that I either have clean jeans or completely destroyed jeans, there really isn’t an in-between with me.
When spring and summer roll around I pull out all of my floral printed anything and let it see the light of day at least once. I actually believe that everything floral in my closet has been recently purchased or stuck around for ages. Floral is a never-ending trend for me. This top is an oldy, but a goody. As you can tell from my outfits I shy away from anything cropped so of course I tucked this bad boy into some high waisted shorts and loved it. That’s my go-to way of wearing some of my favorite shorter shirts.
p.s. These lace-up ballet flats have been my everything recently. Incredibly comfortable and besties with my wallet since they were under $20!

p.p.s. Miranda Priestly is queen.
I also wanted to thank all the men and women who served and continue to serve for their sacrifice and all the men and women behind those who serve. You truly are the backbone to this country.
