I know this is a little bit different than my normal fashion or beauty post but I wanted to incorporate my fitness and healthy lifestyle in my blog now that I am full force about getting into good shape and also eating better. I really don't know what motivated me to be so into running and eating healthier, but I'm really liking this mood and attitude I have towards getting fit!
My fitness diary is going to consist of everything surrounding my fit life: fashion, workouts, meals, or anything I feel like sharing with you guys! Hopefully my fitness tips and diary can help or push someone into getting fit and eating healthier. If I help or motivate at least one person it will all be worth it!
